The Engenides event (which is being held at Hockstad) is not being ticketed at the Opera house site, even though the event's link takes you there (even then, it only takes you to the Opera House's home page, not its ticketing page.) And the other ticketing site doesn't seem to offer tickets to the event either. Also, the link entitled "tickets" doesn't take you to a page that is remotely helpful for buying tickets. Please, this is a major flaw. I will instead buy tickets by snail mail, and will have to do it after I return home in a couple of days. Listening to the 3 MI authors - and moderator - speak about the importance of place when writing, and the fact that they all learned HOW to write only after they figured out WHO to write about was just fascinating.
